Do you replace our existing property management company?

No — Jewison Company complements your property management, we don't replace it. Think of us as the physical, on-the-ground side of things: your management company handles the administrative and financial side, we handle the hands-on maintenance and repairs.

Can we still use our existing vendors alongside Jewison Company?

Yes. We're happy to work alongside vendors you already trust. We can also help manage and coordinate that work if it's something your board doesn't have the bandwidth for — including giving an honest second opinion on pricing or scope if you're ever unsure whether a vendor's quote is fair.

Are you a local company or a national chain?

Jewison Company is based in Culver City and locally owned — not a franchise or multinational chain. Boards and property managers work directly with Ian Jewison, the founder, with no layers or account reps in between.
